We are committed to providing you with a first class service at all times. If, however, you are not happy with any part of the service you have received you should contact Claim Link UK Limited who will respond to your complaint within five days of receipt to tell you what action is being taken. Claim Link UK Limited will try and resolve the problem and give you an answer within four weeks. If it takes longer than four weeks Claim Link UK Limited will tell you when you can expect an answer.
